Interaction is recruiting for a Finance Assistant for our client based in Rugby.
As a Finance Assistant, you will be responsible for the day-to-day control and operation of the finance system, supporting with accounting functions including General Ledger, Planner, Excelerator, and maintaining interfaces from other systems to ensure transactions are posted in a timely manner.
In addition to supporting the finance team, you will assist various other users across the company with queries on POs, requisitions, and general administration.
You will work closely with Accounts Payable to resolve queries, ensuring invoices to suppliers and other payments are processed promptly.
To be considered for this role, you must have previous experience within a finance department.
This position is a fixed 3-month contract role that could lead to ongoing work.
