If so, we have an opportunity for a Retail Merchandiser to join our Regatta Group Merchandising team!
The Impact you will have in this role is:
* Responsible for delivering great range selections supported by seasonal product volume forecasting in line with budget planning and commercial sales plans for your markets.
* Volume focused ensuring the continued development of core range delivery.
* Developing good relationships with Central Merch team partners to ensure successful delivery of stock management within the business.
* Producing analytics and category analysis to contribute to strategic decision making for your markets.
* Manage stock monitoring- weekly and monthly in line with sale performance, guiding your market merch team to take appropriate action to report on any sales risk, OTB requirements or potential overstock concerns to drive into central retail channel stock management and subsequently total business stock management.
* Oversee the production and distribution of weekly and monthly sales reports.
* Provide relevant information as requested for the retail Channel.
* Build relationships with our Supply chain, identify and report on supply chain issues and dealing with problems or delays as they arise- looking for continuous improvement opportunities across the retail channel.
* Build relationships and work closely with your field market teams to ensure sales and stock plans are executed effectively, that stock levels are communicated and agreed and in line with plans.
* Continuously strive for excellence and looking for ways to improve and deliver best practice within the team.
* Act as a role model and mentor for your direct reports and wider Merchandising team.
As our future Retail Merchandising Admin Assistant, you will have:
* Minimum 2 years experience at Merchandiser level.
* Understanding and up to date awareness of Industry standard Merchandising best practice.
* Understanding of supply chain and warehousing.
* Experience in building and delivering data analytics.
* Ability to communicate effectively both 1-2-1 and in larger groups.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Good interpersonal and communication skills.
* Strong organisation skills.
