You'll be working within the People & Development team to deliver learning and development programmes across a range of community health services. You will be based in the education team.
This team supports all learners across the organisation to develop to their full potential, this includes, but not limited to, students and apprenticeships. Supporting the team with a variety of administrative functions.
Main duties of the job
* To support the clinical apprenticeship placement coordination.
* To support the team with various administrative duties and support during meetings.
* Management and maintenance of a range of training databases and spreadsheets.
* To develop knowledge and understanding of training and systems.
* Contribute to the development of L&D intranet pages.
* Dealing with enquiries through email and over the phone.
* Book venues to support training events and ensure resources/presentations/handouts are available and up to date.
* To maintain sufficient stocks of equipment and stationery and place orders as and when required.
* General administration including photocopying and filing.
* Producing written communication such as letters.
* To communicate effectively and liaise with other professionals in a clear, concise and professional manner.
* Communicate with other departments to assist in providing high quality and efficient service.
