Key Responsibilities:In this pivotal position, you will be expected to:
* Lead and Oversee Project Delivery:Plan, manage, and execute all site activities in line with project requirements.
* Programming Works:Develop and implement detailed schedules, ensuring efficient project progression.
* Health & Safety Compliance:Monitor and enforce adherence to Health & Safety policies, driving a safety-first culture on-site.
* Quality Control:Ensure that all works are carried out to the required specifications and standards.
* Team Collaboration:Foster strong relationships and promote a “one-team” ethos across different divisions and subcontractors.
* Financial Accountability:Take full responsibility for the project’s profit and loss, maintaining strict control of target costs and managing actual costs incurred.
What Are We Looking For?The ideal candidate will have:
* A minimum of2 years’ experiencein a Site Agent role, ideally withinheavy civils or marineprojects.
* Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
* Excellent commercial and contractual awareness.
* A relevantCivil Engineering qualification(e.g., HND, Degree, or equivalent).
* A track record of delivering large-scale projects to a high standard.
