* Step in to manage catering operations across various locations, ensuring the smooth delivery of food offers and efficient kitchen management
* Manage and support teams of chefs and catering staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment for all
* Bring your ideas to the table, and collaborate with the wider hospitality teams using your experience of multiple locations
* Ensure the highest standards of food hygiene, kitchen cleanliness and health and safety and compliance across the teams and locations
* Support with the stock management/data collation at site when required, and ensure all current legislative requirements are met
Proven experience as a Catering Manager, Chef Manager or Head Chef in a corporate or high-volume setting
* A Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle
* Relevant professional training
* Ability to build rapport, lead and manage a team
* Financial understanding and able to navigate IT systems
* Commitment to maintaining the highest food safety and hygiene standards
