The Opportunity
As a Talent Acquisition & Sourcing Advisor, you will play a part in shaping Transgrid’s future workforce. You will be accountable for identifying and implementing proactive sourcing strategies, developing talent pools and ‘always on’ pipelines and positioning Transgrid as an Employer of Choice.
You will have the opportunity to deliver contemporary recruitment solutions, ensuring Transgrid attracts, selects and onboards the best available talent – both nationally and internationally.
Leveraging your strengths in project management you will lead multiple recruitment activities concurrently and ensure candidate and hiring leader experience is at the heart of your process.
A Day in the Life at Transgrid
* Partner with Hiring Managers and People & Culture Business Partners to define role requirements and recommend strategic sourcing strategies.
* Identify and engage top talent using direct sourcing strategies including proactive headhunting techniques, online and social marketing, careers fairs via partnerships, etc.
* Conduct screening interviews and present high-quality candidates.
* Support the Hiring Leaders to ensure a seamless candidate experience, from interview to onboarding.
* Leverage data and insights to drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes leaning on market intelligence for informed decision making.
* Contribute to strategic workforce planning, technology and systems, and employer branding initiatives.

About You
* Experience managing end-to-end recruitment campaigns, leveraging HR Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems (currently SAP SuccessFactors).
* Experience in recruiting blue collar and white-collar workforce.
* Experienced developing and driving direct sourcing and headhunting activities with proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter.
* Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and advise hiring managers to make data-driven, informed decisions.
* Drive, initiative and a growth mindset to improve and uplift the way we work.
