Do you have experience working in the delivery of large complex projects? Do you want to join a Prestige Global Companies Team as a Senior Construction Delivery Lead?
Role Overview: Lead the delivery of a specific section of the Works, oversee the construction activities carried out by the Tier 1 contract partners.
Experience Required
* Experience EPC, Nuclear, CAPEX type works
* Mechanical or Civil background
* oversee the installation large indoor industrial cranes
* Someone with installation experience or commissioning of large industrial cranes.
* Oversee all aspects of Health Safety and Environment during construction activities
* Undertake and record safety and/or assurance inspections
* Good working knowledge of commercial principles affecting construction matters.
* Ability to produce informative, concise reports.
* Considerable working knowledge in the delivery of large complex projects
Qualifications
* Relevant Degree (or equivalent) in either Mechanical or Civil Construction.
* Working understanding of the post holder's obligations under CDM Regulations
* NEBOSH, SMSTS or IOSH qualification holder
