As a Clinical Pharmacist at our Warwickshire Hospital, you'll be registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council and you'll have proven post-qualification experience. As a Pharmacist you will: Deliver high quality clinical care and medicines advice to our beneficiaries Be part of the team leading Medicines Management for the hospital Offer services to a range of departments including the pre-assessment clinic, outpatient department, chemotherapy unit, ward and theatres The Person To succeed as an applicant you will: Be a Registered Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council Proven post qualification experience as a Pharmacist Have excellent communication and people skills. This is essential as you will be working closely with patients as well as a variety of clinical staff Previous experience in a similar setting would be an advantage, particularly if this includes oncology experience however training will be provided if no experience Have proven good team working skills within Pharmacy teams but also wider healthcare teams for the benefit of the patient Helping you feel good.
