Sales Agronomist – Lincolnshire Area Location: Lincolnshire (relocation support available) Salary: £54,000 – £62,000 DOE Company Vehicle Benefits Contract: Full-time, Permanent Qualifications: BASIS and FACTS essential We’re looking for a knowledgeable and commercially driven Sales Agronomist to join a well-established and forward-thinking agricultural business based in Lincolnshire. This role is ideal for someone with a solid technical foundation in crop protection and nutrition who can also bring a sharp commercial edge to building and maintaining farm relationships. The Role You’ll be supporting a broad client base of arable growers across the region, providing expert agronomic advice and offering crop input solutions backed by technical know-how and practical experience. The role is sales-focused but advisory-led, with the backing of a strong team and supply network. Key Responsibilities Deliver on-farm technical agronomy services to arable clients Advise on crop protection, seed, and nutrition strategies throughout the season Develop trusted long-term relationships with existing and new customers Identify opportunities for product sales and service upselling Maintain accurate records, field reports, and input recommendations Keep current on relevant agronomic research and regulatory changes Work collaboratively with internal teams and suppliers to deliver value on farm What We’re Looking For Proven experience in agronomy or crop advisory roles BASIS and FACTS qualifications – essential Strong arable knowledge and practical understanding of modern farming Commercial awareness with a customer-first mindset Self-motivated and organised with excellent communication skills Full UK driving licence What’s On Offer Competitive salary circa £54,000–£62,000 (depending on experience) Company vehicle and mileage support Relocation package available for the right candidate Ongoing professional development and training Supportive team environment with a long-term career path
