Job Title: Events Coordinator
Location: London - In the office at least one day per week

About the Role
In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing and delivering both in-person and virtual events that offer networking opportunities for environmental sector professionals. Your efforts will support our commitment to tackling significant environmental challenges.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in the development and execution of a range of events, from conferences to exhibitions, both online and on-site.
* Provide administrative support using CRM systems like CVent and Civi.
* Aid participants with registration, accommodation inquiries, and other event-related queries.
* Support budgeting, invoicing, and sales tracking processes.
* Coordinate event logistics, including AV, catering, and accessibility requirements.
* Liaise with event partners, sponsors, exhibitors, and speakers to ensure a seamless experience.
* Enhance audience engagement through interactive tools and marketing initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
Essential Skills and Experience
* Proven experience in organising successful events
* Proficiency in using Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
* Excellent written and spoken English, with a flair for communication and marketing.
