Job Title: Service Desk Manager Location: Bath (2/3 days onsite)
Peaple Talent have partnered with an established organisation looking for a Service Desk Manager to join the team. You will be responsible for overseeing the operation of the field and desk based Service Desk teams.
Lead and manage the team to support all IT Support Service aspects
Monitor the quality of Service Desk interactions to ensure effective performance management and customer satisfaction
Help set requirements for process changes
Significant experience managing a Global Service Desk team.
Knowledge and experience of ITIL
Strong analysis and reporting skills
