Due to business growth, our Oxford based client in the Print & Media Industry is looking for a Multilingual 1st Line Customer Service Support person. The successful candidate will have 1-2 years’ experience in Customer Service. This is a multilingual role, so additional language fluency is essential. Salary would be in the region of £25K plus an excellent benefits package for the right candidate.
Primary Responsibilities:
1. Liaising with enquiries from clients across Europe.
2. Logging calls and escalating where necessary.
3. Providing solutions as the first point of contact.
Language Skills:
Fluency in at least 2 languages is essential, with English as either a first or second language. The required languages include:
* Danish
* French
* German
* Spanish
