We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join our team as a Senior Data and ERM Risk Manager.

In this role, you will:

Work with the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and assurance teams to build/ carry out assurance reviews, ensuring these are scoped effectively to cover the key risk and control areas for the UK ring:fenced bank and/ or high:risk end:to:end processes and metrics;
:
Ensure findings from events, issues and reviews are well understood and any plans to resolve are sustainable, automated and designed with preventative controls to enable enduring outcomes
:
Drive continuous improvements to the ERM reporting framework through adoption of new tools and technologies, removing any inefficiencies and implementing solutions that enhance the scalability and accuracy of reporting processes

Develop and enhance automated reporting tools and dashboards, leveraging analytics to identify areas of risk concentration for improvement

Collaborate closely with compliance, risk management, finance, and technology teams to align reporting practices with business objectives and regulatory expectations.
To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

Thorough experience in Data and Analytics.
:
Experience liaising with local and regional senior stakeholders and wider teams to drive change that will improve current processes.

Excellent Microsoft office and written and verbal communication skills, especially Excel and Powerpoint.

Excellent understanding of Enterprise Risk Management
:
Accomplished analytical skills with the ability to use data analytics for testing and the ability to present findings.
The role is based in Fareham or Birmingham on a hybrid basis.
