Main purpose of role: Lanes-i are one of the UK’s fastest growing Utilities infrastructure providers, with a network work of depots across London & the Southeast of England. The successful candidate must have previous administration experience, ideally working within a Utilities environment. You must be able to demonstrate a methodical and logical approach to your work and have confident time management skills. You must be an enthusiastic and committed individual with the ability to self-manage and work well within an established team. Key responsibilities & duties: Daily data entries on the internal admin systems Uploading and updating documents onto internal and client systems General office support to contract team to meet operational requirements Work collaboratively with team members and other departments. Communicate effectively with managers, supervisors, colleagues, and customers. Liaison with the client to meet their requirements Involvement with Customers enquiries and daily communication with operational personnel Note: In addition to these functions outlined above, personnel are required to carry out such other duties as may be reasonably required in order to support the objectives of the Group/ Company/ Region/ Division Qualifications/Training: IT Skills (Excel and Word) Knowledge of working in a busy utility contract environment Required Skills / Experience / Competence: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Confidentiality Organisation Attention to detail Ability to multitask and prioritise your workload Previous experience
