Job Title: Collections Advisor
Salary: £25,000
Location: Birmingham
Bell Cornwall Recruitment are pleased to be hiring a Collections Advisor for a fantastic company in Birmingham.
The Candidate's Responsibilities:
1. Proactively calling/emailing businesses to chase debt.
2. Previous experience as a Credit Controller or Collections Advisor is beneficial for completing general Credit Control duties.
3. Collaborating with the team to discuss appropriate terms and conditions for debt repayment.
4. Reviewing, analyzing, and improving all processes and queries.
5. Confident decision making and communication with individuals.
6. Communicating with other departments to resolve issues and chase held up payments.
7. Identifying areas of high risk and reporting this.
8. Supporting the larger team.
9. General Admin and Credit Control duties.
The Candidate's Requirements:
1. Experience within Credit Control is desirable.
2. Excellent telephony and written skills are necessary.
3. Excel skills are essential - must be proficient in this software.
4. A proactive, energetic, and adaptable individual.
