Teaching Personnel are currently working closely with a single form entry primary school in Blackburn (BB2), who are currently seeking an experienced Year 4 Teacher. This is a full-time role and is due to start in January 2025, the position is currently temporary until the end of the academic year, with the option to become permanent for the correct candidate.
The ideal candidate for this role will have a passion for teaching and have experience of working within Key Stage 2, following the National Curriculum. You must be motivated, dynamic and ready to join a thriving school with a very supportive Senior Leadership Team who strive to continuously improve education within the school.
The school provides a strong curriculum to inspire their pupils to enjoy, achieve and strive for success with confidence. The senior Leadership Team plan effectively for and respond well to the individual educational and social needs for pupils.
The Candidate
* NQTS and experienced teachers are encouraged to apply
* Plan and deliver engaging and innovative lessons of an excellent standard.
* Address gaps in learning due to school closures
* Consistently implement the school’s strong behavioural strategy
* Establish positive pupil/ parent relationships with ease
* Work well alongside a strong team of teachers and support staff of varying experience
* Provide excellent classroom reference from previous employers

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
