Vehicle Service Team Manager in Salisbury.
Basic salary and bonus scheme: providing uncapped on-target-earnings of £35,000+ per annum.
Working Hours: 8:00am-6:00pm Monday to Friday and Saturdays 8:00am-2:00pm on a rota paid as overtime.

Responsibilities:
1. Reporting to the Service Manager and working alongside a service receptionist and a workshop team.
2. Confidently build relationships and advise customers on minor technical issues with their vehicle while delivering a first-class service.
3. Greet customers in the Service Department and book their vehicles in for associated repair work.
4. Liaise extensively with the workshop to chase work in progress.
5. Up-sell additional products and services where possible.
6. Keep customers informed of the progress of their vehicle while taking payments for work completed.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Prior or present experience working as a Vehicle Service Advisor or in a similar customer service-oriented role within the motor industry.
2. Ability to deliver the highest level of customer service through strong communication skills resulting in total customer satisfaction.
3. Passion for working for the manufacturer and strong organizational skills.
4. IT proficiency (experience with the Kerridge/CDK DMS system would be advantageous but is non-essential).
5. Knowledge of automotive warranty procedures would be advantageous but is non-essential.
6. A UK driving license with minimal points is essential.
