NW Recruitment are currently looking to recruit a Service Administrator to assist with the day to day running of our clients busy Service Department. Ideally someone with previous experience in this field, the company is a well known manufacturer of industrial combustion and HVAC equipment.
The role will be varied and will include :
* Supporting the Service Manager
* Working directly with Customers and Engineers
* Organising the works calendar and raising job sheets using various software packages
* Ensuring necessary equipment etc is available for bookings
* Booking accommodation and arranging international travel
* Keeping a record of all expenses
* Costing on completion of work
* Scheduling service / maintenance contracts
* Working closely with other departments
Requirements/ Skills:
* Good level of English, Maths and Computer
* Excellent Communication and Organisational skills
* Excellent telephone manner
* Team player
