Day to Day responsibilities Work in collaboration with Business Units to enhance compliance and strengthen business processes Support building Continuity Plan and improve current processes Manage the updating of Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (ICFR) documentation Conducting interviews and surveys to ensure that employees are compliant with regulations across the company’s various departments Conducting investigations to discover the root cause of compliance problems when they arise Educating employees and partners through documentations and brochures on how to improve compliance Examining and improving auditing processes to resolve compliance issues fast or prevent them entirely Skills and Attributes: Strong legal compliance experience and understanding auditing Understanding of the importance of business controls & legal compliance Inquisitive nature, question and investigate Friendly, personable with the ability to build strong relationships Thorough, Strong attention to detail, work with precision Crisp Recruitment Ltd is a local recruitment consultancy based in Hatfield.
