As a Shift Manager, you will oversee all shift work requirements by orienting, assisting, and coaching employees. You will ensure standards are met by adhering to production, productivity, quality, and customer service benchmarks. Your role involves monitoring operations, reallocating resources, and resolving operational issues.
You will manage a team of 100+ employees within a multi-million-pound restaurant. You will contribute to driving the restaurant's growth by increasing sales, profitability, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
This position is suitable for individuals with experience in managing and leading teams in retail, hospitality, business, or customer-focused environments. The role requires working in a restaurant setting with flexible shift patterns, including weekends and bank holidays.

Position Attributes
You will work various shifts, including breakfast, evenings, and overnight (if operating 24 hours), gaining experience across all aspects of the business.
