What is the role?
As a Business Development Executive, you will be pivotal in accelerating the growth of our new creative agency - TURF - by identifying new client opportunities and understanding market demands. You will communicate the value of our creative services with clarity and persuasion, aiming to expand our client base. Your responsibilities will include generating leads, driving revenue and securing new business opportunities that contribute to our long-term growth and success.
What will you be doing?
In this role, you will focus on identifying and evaluating potential sales leads through networking, online research and other innovative approaches. You’ll use your communication skills to establish and maintain relationships with both new and existing partners, fostering trust and collaboration. By understanding market trends and the needs of our clients, you’ll develop strategies to drive engagement and enhance visibility in the industry.
You’ll also be responsible for planning and executing sales strategies aimed at achieving revenue targets. By building a comprehensive understanding of our services, you’ll be able to present them effectively to clients, creating tailored approaches for each opportunity. Additionally, you’ll provide regular updates on sales performance, the health of the sales pipeline and emerging business prospects, ensuring internal stakeholders are well-informed and aligned with growth objectives.
Is this you?
We’re looking for a candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field and at least two years’ experience in business development, sales or account management—experience within a creative agency is a plus.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in identifying leads, closing sales and achieving revenue targets. Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. We’re seeking someone who is self-motivated, results-driven and ready to make a meaningful impact on our growth and success.
