We are recruiting a person for the role of Administrator within a housing environment. The Client is a large employer based in the South West, providing jobs for around 1800 people and delivering services across a variety of fields, always looking to add to their ever-developing pool of talent.
They provide housing options for every level of requirements, from homelessness and helping people back onto their feet, to people looking to buy a home for their retirement. Covering all areas of Cornwall, Devon, and Somerset, this employer offers stability and progression opportunities.
The Role:
1. Contacting our customers via text, telephone call, and email the day before their appointments, reducing the level of failed appointments.
2. Data entry.
3. Filing and document storing.
4. Accurate note taking.
5. Gathering feedback.
The Candidate will need:
1. Good administration skills.
2. Excellent attention to detail.
3. Data entry experience.
4. Good customer service skills.
5. To be comfortable and confident speaking to customers over the phone.
6. Good written communication skills.
7. To be a good team player.
8. Have multiple system knowledge.
SUMMARY:
This is an exciting role with opportunities to make a real difference to people's lives, working Mon - Fri between 7.30am and 6.30pm on alternating shifts. This is initially a 3-month position. A DBS is required for this role at Enhanced - Adult level.
