Job Title: Service Coordinator

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am - 16:30pm, fully office based
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000, dependent on experience.
We are seeking a dedicated and organised Service Coordinator to join our client in Stevenage.
The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in scheduling, administration, confident communication, and have a good understanding of geography.
Key Responsibilities of a Service Coordinator:
* Schedule and coordinate service appointments efficiently.
* Maintain accurate records and documentation related to service activities.
* Communicate effectively with clients, service technicians, and other stakeholders.
* Utilise geographical knowledge to optimise service routes and schedules.
* Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and reporting.
* Provide exceptional customer service and address any client inquiries or concerns.
