Responsibilities:
1. Cash-flow management at Group level, by consolidating the submissions from the divisions of 13-week forecasts, for review.
2. Work closely with regional finance teams to understand weekly / monthly funding requirements, to assist Treasury meet and anticipate ongoing inter-company lending / liquidity funding needs.
3. Manage day to day cash management, by repatriating and transferring balances to ensure Group funding requirements are met and anticipated in advance.
4. Support the development of Treasury operations, to deliver transactions required to meet funding of payables across multi-currency accounts.
5. Preparation of cash-flow presentation for monthly Board Pack.
6. Utilisation of borrowing facilities, and executing trades for term deposits and FX, ensuring Group liquidity and headroom requirements are maintained.
7. Support the preparation of weekly cash report, noting reasons for variances and management of cash repatriations where surplus liquidity is held.
8. Maintenance of the Groups bank account database, ensuring mandates for the Group bank accounts are up to date and accurate.
9. Facilitate the opening and closing of bank accounts.
Qualifications:
* 3-5 Years of experience working in a Treasury function.
* Excellent communicator (verbally and in writing).
* Able to drive through initiatives and be a problem-solver.
* Able to prioritise and work on own initiative.
