The Role As SENCo, you will oversee the strategic development and day-to-day operation of SEND policy and provision across the school. You will work closely with senior leaders, teaching staff, parents, and external agencies to identify needs early, implement tailored support, and monitor progress closely. You will also lead on EHCP processes, manage learning support staff, and ensure high-quality teaching and interventions for all students with additional needs.
