Executive Search Lead at Pro4orm People (formerly Omega Search Ltd)
Pro4orm People Ltd have partnered with a leading pharmaceutical company in search of an experienced Senior Brand Manager.
We are looking to speak to individuals with Brand Management experience to join our client’s UK Marketing Team. This role is perfect for someone who is highly motivated, detail-oriented, and looking to advance their marketing career.
Key Responsibilities:
* Co-creating strategic plans and promotional activities based on customer insights to achieve sales goals and brand objectives.
* Owning and implementing key national and regional omni-channel marketing tactics and running the completion and implementation of the UK/IE tactical plan, including tracking, budget management and reporting/evaluation.
* Building partnerships with key stakeholders (HCPs, payors, accounts) to foster engagement.
* Analysing sales performance, KPIs, market trends, and investments to meet sales objectives and support our insight-driven approach.
* Collaborating with Regional Business Directors and Medical Managers to synchronize commercial and medical team efforts, sharing best practices and maintaining effective communication.
* Overseeing agency partners to ensure creative excellence within budget.
* Contributing to the creation of brand plans and mid-year reviews at headquarters level.
* Upholding the highest standards of quality and compliance according to ABPI, IPHA, HPRA, EFPIA standards, and company SOPs.
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years of brand management experience in the pharmaceutical/medical industry.
* Skilled in testing and optimising new marketing channels for improved engagement and results.
* Strong communication skills across cross-functional teams.
* Demonstrated ability in strategic planning, customer segmentation, product positioning, and executing multi-channel and omni-channel marketing campaigns.
* Proven experience in digital marketing and use of technology to drive marketing efficiency.
* Confident in presenting ideas and reports effectively to various teams and company-wide.
* Adaptable to working in fast-paced, priority-shifting environments.
* Knowledgeable in using market insights and research to inform business strategies.
* Analytical abilities to evaluate marketing performance, focusing on ROI and providing actionable feedback.
* Familiar with current regulatory standards (ABPI, IPHA, EFPIA, MHRA).
