Education Recruitment is a dynamic sales role in which you act as the vital link between Schools and Educators. You will build relationships both on the phone and in person. You will be tasked with sourcing the best Educators for a range of schools and roles, converse with candidates and qualify them thoroughly, before guiding them through the interview process and eventually closing the deal and negotiating contracts.
