Essential Qualities That We Are Looking For: Plan and teach exciting lessons that meet the different needs of students with SEN. Offer personalized support and guidance to help students grow both academically and personally. Work together with colleagues and outside professionals to create strong support plans for students with SEN. Keep accurate records of student progress and development, making sure all paperwork is current. Build positive relationships with students, parents, and carers to encourage good communication and teamwork. The Successful Candidate Will: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent qualification in SEN education. Previous experience of working in a SEN school setting. Strong understanding of different SEN needs and effective strategies for supporting students. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents/carers.
