Opportunity for a Sales Manager to join a Growing company with a focus on Agricultural Technology in the Livestock domain.
Hybrid - 3/4 days in office
Direct sales to customers
KEY SKILLS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Proven track record in Sales/ Sales Management.
Agriculture/Livestock knowledge is essential.
Ability to generate sales strategies to achieve revenue growth.
Mentor team members Lead, coach and develop.
Ability to cultivate strong relationships with key clients and partners
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote the brand and products.
ROLE OVERVIEW:
The hiring company are a team of International professionals with a set of shared goals: Supporting the livestock sector, improving animal welfare and restoring the fertility of soil.
Growing the UK team, A Sales Manager is required to lead a small but growing team of sales professionals. This is NOT a rep type role and will focus more towards harvesting long standing relationships with relevant customers, strategising sales plans and preparing regular sales reports to feedback to senior management
This could be a great fit for somebody with a sales management experience with an agriculture background, exposure to the Agriculture industry or maybe has grown up on farm, or with an Agri related degree (although this is not a hard requirement).
