Workshop Supervisor
Salary: 47,495.00 per annum, Veolia benefits and Pension
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
Location: Alperton Lane, Wembley, HA0 1ER

What you'll be doing:
* Managing the maintenance and servicing of up to 250 vehicles
* Ensuring compliance, safety and all legal requirements are met
* Overseeing a team of workshop engineers, planning in works and scheduled works for 6 months in advance
* Responsible for the running of a busy workshop which operates over two shifts
* Maintaining safety and compliance
* Delivering cost savings where available.
* Splitting your time between office duties and workshop duties.

What we're looking for:
* Previous workshop experience
* Team leader or management experience would be highly advantageous
* NVQ Level 3 Vehicle Qualification or equivalent
* IT literate
* Good organisation skills
* Strong communication skills
* Ability to influence and persuade differing levels of personnel
* Numerate and analytical
