cer Financial is working alongside a bank based in the City of London. In this role as a Finance Officer, you will maintain all Nostro accounts, ensuring they are reconciled daily. You will follow up on all outstanding items, process invoices and staff reimbursements, and maintain financial procedures and systems, including budgeting, management accounts, and record keeping.
The Responsibilities of a Finance Officer Include:
1. Reconciling daily, monthly, and yearly transactions
2. Assisting in the preparation of budgets
3. Generating monthly reports
4. Managing records and receipts
5. Processing invoices and staff reimbursement forms
6. Providing customer service to clients
7. Being a key point of contact for other departments
8. Supporting the Finance Manager with projects and financial and accounting tasks as required
The Successful Finance Officer Will Have:
* An educational background in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Business
* Attainment or progress towards an ACCA qualification
* Experience managing telephone conversations with internal and external contacts and producing Excel reports
* Experience in reconciling accounts and working in a banking or financial services organization
