Drafting compelling job advertisements and monitoring responses.
Discussing roles with candidates and establishing candidates' wants and needs.
Interviewing candidates, matching them to client requirements and keeping accurate records.
Organising interviews and managing the job offer process.
Database management.
You should be driven, resilient, and ambitious. Highly organised with good PC skills and inquisitive. A talent for marketing/selling and spotting opportunities is ideal.
