Seeking a dedicated Technical Manager for an initial 6-month fixed term contract, following the acquisition of new stores and brands.
The Role:
Lead the integration of 4 coffee brand's technical, quality and food safety policies, procedures and SOP's through a transformational project.
Audit existing food safety policies, design and implement new procedures, and promote a business-wide food safety culture by collaborating with stakeholders and external bodies.
Train store managers and teams on new policies, ensuring changes are understood, implemented, and compliance is assured.
Implement an aligned supplier auditing process to enhance the sourcing policy, allowing for more artisanal suppliers and frequent menu changes.
The Person:
We seek a confident, experienced and poised Technical Manager with expertise in technical, quality, auditing, food safety, SOP's and policy writing within QSR/casual dining/coffee shop environments.
Exceptional communication skills and clarity of influence are essential, along with previous experience training managers on new policies and SOP's.
A comprehensive understanding of supporting product development teams is also required, enabling smooth product launches.
