SEND Teaching Assistant - Broadstairs

Key Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with a range of SEND, including autism, ADHD, and learning difficulties.
Assist the class teacher in creating an inclusive learning environment where every child can succeed.
Adapt learning materials to meet individual student needs, ensuring they are fully engaged in the lesson.
Help students develop confidence and independence both inside and outside the classroom.
Support with classroom management and help maintain a positive and safe environment for all students.
What We're Looking For:
A passion for working with children with special educational needs.
Patience, empathy, and the ability to build strong relationships with students.
Experience in a school or care setting is preferred, but we welcome candidates who are eager to learn.
An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undergo one).
Flexibility and a positive attitude to adapt to different learning needs.
