IT Support Engineer
I am recruiting for an IT support engineer to join a financial services (fintech) client. This individual will join a wider global team and will provide support and be involved in project work, deploying new systems.
Experience
1. Hands on supporting Windows and Mac operating systems, Windows 10 / 11, Active directory, networking issues, Azure, Intune, MDM, Apple business manager (nice to have), Mac OS X.
2. Configure, install, and maintain all IT systems, including laptops, printers, monitors, and other IT equipment.
3. Follow standard IT procedures (ITIL), logging tickets using Freshworks or similar software.
4. Create and maintain SLAs, technical documentation, and end-user training & knowledge base.
5. Provide IT support to all employees, worldwide.
6. Maintain hardware and software inventory, manage IT procurement.
7. AV (audio visual) and VC (video Conference) room troubleshooting and maintenance.
8. Support IT projects, deploy IT systems and assist in implementing technology solutions.
9. Providing IT support to VIPs, senior management is a plus.
10. The ability to work under pressure calmly and adapt in a fast-paced environment, the ability to think on your feet and provide solutions.
11. Motivation to grow, learn, and think outside the box.
This role is based in central London and this person will be required to be onsite five days a week with no hybrid working. The salary on offer is £45,000 - £55,000 depending on experience plus benefits such as shares in the company.
