Fantastic Opportunity for a Pensions Administrator to Join a Company based in Redhill
Job Description
3. Process pension scheme member data accurately and efficiently.
4. Handle pension scheme member enquiries promptly and professionally.
5. Maintain accurate records of pension scheme member contributions, benefits, and entitlements.
6. Process pension payments and manage pension scheme finances in accordance with regulations.
7. Liaise with pension scheme trustees, pension providers, and other stakeholders as required.
8. Keep up-to-date with changes in pensions legislation and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
9. Assist with the preparation of pension scheme reports and documentation.
The Successful Applicant
10. Strong understanding of pensions legislation and regulations.
11. Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
12. Exceptional attention to detail.
13. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel particularly VLookups, Pivot Tables and Formulas.
14. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
15. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
16. Professionalism and integrity in handling sensitive and confidential information.
17. Considerable experience in a pensions administration role
18. Excellent technical and operational knowledge of UK contracted-out defined benefit pension schemes, also experience in defined contribution schemes is desirable
19. Track record of performing and checking member benefit calculations including ability to apply complex history of legacy arrangements
20. May be working towards an accountancy degree
