From large multi-site rollout projects to single site installations, we are able to provide dedicated project managers, to deal with any situation.
PMRS are looking for a permanent IT Project Manager with a strong background, delivering technology projects within a Retail environment.
The Role of the IT Project Manager:
The job is a mixture of working from Home and attending meetings in various locations across the UK. (based from home / in London maybe 1 day per week / onsite)
PMRS are looking for someone who can lead, and take ownership of projects and is keen to be part of a growing, busy company.
IT Project Manager - Candidate Specification:
The ideal candidate will have a strong Project Management Background, with experience deploying IT Systems on a large scale, the role will be working alongside our customers to deliver IT and POS systems into a Tier 1 Retailer.
Your experience covers all the usual areas such as scope, planning, risk management, resources, project progress reporting, tracking of deliverables, change management, meeting milestones, as well as the day-to-day allocation and management of implementation consultants.
• Managed projects of £100k to £1 million either as single installations or as part of Rollout works.
• You've been an Implementation Project Manager on Retail sites in the past, deploying IT systems / Infrastructure.
• You give clear objectives to team members and enforce deadlines to keep projects on track
• Expertise in mentoring, coaching and building teams
• Proficiency with project management tools and methods, ideally qualified with PMP, Agile, Prince 2 or similar.
• Adept at communicating with key project stakeholders
• You deliver successful quality projects under tight deadlines
• Proactive, positive, organised, enthusiastic, and a good leader
• Great at forming effective relationships with clients
