In this role, you will play a key part in executing B2B campaigns, creating engaging content across various digital platforms, and ensuring successful go-to-market strategies. Salary: £41,000 - £44,000 per annum Location: Hybrid (Milton Keynes) Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm Key Responsibilities: • Digital Strategy & Execution: Assist in creating and evolving an end-to-end digital marketing strategy, including marketing automation, content creation, and lead generation. • Multi-Channel Communications: Manage and execute multi-channel strategies across website, social media, and other digital platforms. • Content Creation & Strategy: Lead content creation for blogs, infographics, eBooks, videos, social media assets, and more. Develop effective content strategies for sales enablement and communications. • Campaigns & Events: Plan and execute digital and traditional marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and events. • SEO & Analytics: Manage SEO to drive website traffic and improve user journey. Use Google Analytics and other tools to monitor performance and optimise strategies. • Vendor & Partner Relationships: Establish and maintain relationships with vendors, distribution partners, and marketing agencies. • Growth & Revenue: Define KPIs, monitor efficiency, and report on return on investment (ROI) to ensure revenue and pipeline growth. Who You Are: • Qualifications & Experience: Degree-level qualification in Marketing or a related subject, with proven experience in a marketing role, particularly within a B2B environment, go-to-market execution, and campaign management. • Content Creation Skills: Strong ability to create compelling content across various platforms, including websites, social media, and other digital channels. • Sales Enablement: Experience with driving communications, content strategies, and enablement for sales audiences. • Customer-Centric: A customer-focused mindset, with a deep understanding of markets, industries, and competitors. • Communication Skills: Ability to craft a compelling narrative and develop effective content strategies, with solid writing and verbal communication skills. • Organised & Detail-Oriented: Highly organised, with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously. • Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, problem-solve, and make informed decisions. • Desirable Experience: Prior experience in the IT industry is advantageous but not essential.
