Hoop Education is seeking dedicated and experienced individuals to provide ALN support in schools across RCT. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a range of educational environments, helping children reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide tailored support to children with ALN in primary schools, secondary schools, and nursery provisions.
Collaborate with teachers and school staff to implement learning plans.
Assist in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Help manage classroom behaviour and promote social skills development.
Support individual or small group interventions as required.Requirements:
Previous experience working with children with Additional Learning Needs (ALN).
A passion for supporting children's learning and development.
Flexibility to work in different schools or nurseries.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Relevant qualifications or training in ALN support (desirable but not essential).Benefits:
