As a Prison, Probation and Police Liaison Worker at New Hope Substance Misuse Recovery Service, you will assist individuals involved in the criminal justice system, providing structured interventions, harm reduction and recovery-focused support. You will collaborate with the prison, probation and police services to facilitate pathways into treatment and long-term recovery.

Key responsibilities...
Conduct assessments of individuals (triage, comprehensive) in criminal justice settings such as courts, police stations, probation and prisons.
Perform risk assessments and create risk management plans based on organisational and local protocols.
Increase the number of individuals In Offender Management (IOM) treatment to reduce re-offending and harm within Bracknell Forest.
Re-engage service users who miss appointments (DNA).
Provide harm reduction interventions, including alcohol advice, brief interventions and Naloxone when needed, while developing initial support plans for service users.
