Role overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and committed individuals to provide high-quality, added-value services to our clients. In return, we’ll develop your skills in accountancy, taxation, and audit, with substantial IT & business development exposure. Key Responsibilities
* Audit Planning and Execution: Collaborate with management to develop audit plans, conduct risk assessments, shape audit procedures, lead and supervise audit juniors, analyze audit findings, and provide recommendations.
* Client relationship management: Build and maintain relationships, communicate audit objectives and progress, resolve client questions, and offer insights to enhance internal controls and risk management.
* Team management and development: Assess strengths, delegate work, review documentation, promote knowledge sharing, stay updated on standards, and act as an audit ambassador.
Our Ideal Candidate will be
Degree Qualified: Applicants with at least 300 UCAS points (old tariff, 125 new tariff) and no initial work permit requirement. All degree disciplines accepted.
Part or Non-Qualified: Open to those without accountancy qualifications or pursuing chartered status.
Communicative: Excellent communication skills, active listening, and trust-building abilities.
Collaborative: Team player willing to share knowledge and support colleagues under tight deadlines.
Adaptable: Comfortable with change, eager to work in a fast-paced environment, open to new ideas, and seeking continuous improvement.
Eager to Learn: Opportunities for growth, development, and career advancement at EQ.
