Role Overview
This role offers a salary range of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, or £19 - £25 per hour, based on skills and experience. The position is full-time, with 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00, located in Milton Keynes with a hybrid work arrangement (3 days in Tongwell, 2 days remote).
Key Responsibilities
1. Support the Digital Brand Marketing Manager in developing, delivering, and optimizing national media campaigns to meet sales objectives, focusing on product launches and luxury vehicle segments.
2. Collaborate with creative teams, media agencies, and external partners to execute campaigns across digital, social, outdoor, experiential, and broadcast platforms.
3. Enhance media impact through strategic planning and explore new media opportunities to reach prospects and existing customers.
4. Contribute to creative and media process development, working closely with agencies.
5. Coordinate with internal teams (product, sales, PR) to align marketing strategies with business goals.
6. Leverage analytics for insights, execution, and optimization of digital campaigns to generate leads.
7. Maintain brand consistency and campaign efficiency by collaborating with the Region Europe Content Hub Team.
8. Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using data-driven insights.
9. Manage budgets and financial administration, including purchase orders, invoices, and accruals.
Qualifications & Skills
* Proven marketing experience, ideally within luxury automotive or premium consumer goods sectors.
* Successful track record in high-impact marketing campaigns, paid media, and product launches.
* Strong understanding of digital channels such as VOD, social media, and experiential marketing.
* Knowledge of marketing funnels and customer journey alignment.
* Experience with data analysis, reporting dashboards, and campaign optimization.
* Ability to manage creative and media agency partnerships.
* Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple projects.
* Analytical mindset with curiosity for testing and learning.
* Adaptability to fast-paced, evolving environments.
* Advanced presentation, influencing, and negotiation skills at senior levels.
