Job Title: Lift Engineer

Salary: £38,000 - £50,000, based on experience

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and qualified Lift Engineer to join our team, covering the M25 & Home Counties. The role involves the installation, maintenance, repair, and servicing of lifts and escalators in various commercial and residential buildings. Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out installation, servicing, and repairs of passenger, goods, and platform lifts.
* Conduct routine maintenance and inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
* Diagnose and rectify faults efficiently to minimize downtime.
* Respond to emergency breakdowns and complete repairs promptly.
* Ensure all work adheres to industry regulations, including LOLER and PUWER standards.
* Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and apprentices.
* Complete all relevant documentation and reports in an accurate and timely manner.
* Maintain strong relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service.
* Participate in an on-call rota for emergency call-outs.
Skills & Experience Required:
* Minimum 3-5 years' experience as a lift engineer.
* NVQ Level 3 in Lift Engineering or equivalent qualification (essential).
* Extensive knowledge of lift systems, including traction and hydraulic lifts.
* Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
* Full UK driving license.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Strong adherence to health & safety regulations and best practices.
