Five Ocean Spaces are looking to supplement our current installer with an additional 2 subcontractors to help us execute an ongoing project relating to fascia, soffit and guttering works in the Mansfield and Nottingham areas. These works will commence within 2 weeks and run up until the beginning of April.
Paid at a rate of £22.50 per hour.
Responsibilities:
1. Joinery
2. Refitting soffit, fascia and guttering on a variety of properties
3. Enthusiasm and willingness to work in a team environment while using own initiative
Requirements:
1. Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
2. Knowledge of hand and power tools
3. Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team
4. Excellent punctuality
5. Able to take pride in your work and maintain a clean and organized work environment
6. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently
7. Own means of transportation and tools to carry out the work
8. CSCS card is a must have
Experience:
1. Roofline: 3+ years (REQUIRED)
2. Joinery: 1+ year (REQUIRED)
