Job Solutions Ltd are delighted to be assisting our local client with their recruitment for an experienced Admin Assistant to join their team. This will be primarily a lone working role; therefore, the successful candidate would need to be happy working alone and to their own initiative.
Existing skills must include:
* Quoting
* Invoicing
* Managing emails and processing job requests
* Know how to use different online systems to create and process invoices for various companies
* Liaise with various companies to quote and schedule work
* Obtaining and keeping track of purchase orders
* Use of Program System 8
* Use of Express Accounts (accounting program)
* Maintaining and organizing digital and paper files
* Excellent customer service via phone and email
Daily duties will include:
* Learn accounts package
* Accounts recording and monitoring money paid in
* Recovering debts
* Paid ins and paid outs on a spreadsheet
* Maintaining and organizing digital and paper files
* Keeping office tidy and keeping stock of stationery
* Archiving
* Creating digital certification
* Customer service via phone and email
* Excellent customer service
