Job Title: Event Coordinator

Salary: £22-26k Dependent on Experience
Summary
Due to continued growth and an expanding client roster, we have the opportunity for an Event Co-ordinator to join our Live Events Team. We are looking for the right candidate to support the delivery of our exciting and varied calendar of events. This is an entry level position, and the successful applicant will be keen to develop within the events industry. The role will make a real contribution to the Live Events Team providing daily administration and on-site support to ensure the smooth running of projects. We are looking for a pro-active candidate who is willing to grow within the business and play an active role in future company expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
* Co-ordination of crew logistics including accommodation, catering and travel booking
* Support with partner venues on upcoming bookings
* Liaison with venues on access requirements
* Pre event checks with suppliers as directed by the team
* Compiling voice overs and event playlists as directed by the team
* Preparation of merchandise and small format print prior to events
* On site support including, but not limited to; event registration prep, wayfinding, greeting, general administration
* Supporting the team with client proposals and undertaking research
* Keeping databases and team resources up to date
* Assistance of other departments and other duties to meet the needs of the business

Desirable attributes:
* Full UK driving licence and own transport
* Previous experience in a similar role
Working Hours
The ideal candidate will be aware that the nature of this role isn’t always ‘9 to 5’. Due to the nature of the industry, we will require a level of flexibility in terms of your working week. Typical working hours would be 8.30am-17.00pm and work outside these hours would be dictated by project requirements and the needs of the business. We work hard to maintain a healthy work/life balance.
Location
We have a flexible approach to remote working. You will be trusted to manage your location dependent on client/project requirements, shared calendars, meetings and the needs of the wider business. The role will involve travel to events and staying overnight depending on the scope of the project. On site work is mainly within the UK with a possibility of international projects.
