Community care worker

Travel to clients' homes or supported living settings within a designated area to provide care and support services

* Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
* Administer medications as prescribed and maintain accurate records of medication administration
* Assist clients with daily tasks, such as light housekeeping, meal preparation, and errands
* Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and team members to ensure the highest level of care and support
* Attend training and development sessions as required

Requirements:

* Previous experience as a care worker or in a related field
* Must drive and have access to own vehicle
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
