Job Description:
This position represents an exciting opportunity to join the Information & Digital Technology function and become a key part of the Data & AI Office Team. Reporting to the Head of AI Automation, the successful candidate will be responsible for the prioritisation, investigation, and management of key tasks to support the Chief Data & AI Officer, as well as supporting operational projects for the wider team ensuring their successful delivery.
Projects and tasks will vary in nature; therefore, a broad experience, strategic and commercial understanding is required. With business-wide exposure, this role will suit an individual who is driven and a self-starter, confident in communicating and managing a wider variety of stakeholders and able to prioritise to ensure efficient time management and delivery.
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
1. Support the day-to-day operations of the Data & AI Office to ensure efficient delivery and fulfilment of tasks to ensure that the team is managed effectively.
2. Co-ordinate, develop, and deliver operational processes on behalf of the Data & AI Office to ensure the team has the capability to meet strategic objectives.
3. Manage relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, developing positive relationships, ensuring that service and objectives are met.
4. Support the co-ordination of inputs and delivery of Corporate audit and functional governance.
5. Support and facilitate team cadence as set by the Leadership Team.
6. Co-ordinate and collate inputs for key reviews such as Quarterly Business Reviews, Chapter Reviews, Board Sessions, etc.
7. Co-ordinate and facilitate functional team meetings, including offsite meetings working closely with the first line to agree key agenda topics.
8. Act as conduit for information requests from different parts of the business including responding to requests for management information and reporting.
9. Data Council - scheduling the council meeting, plus 1-2-1s with Council Members, minutes, actions, agenda, ensuring material is pre-filed and shared ahead of meeting, etc.
10. Budget tracking including travel.
11. Undertake any other work as directed by their Line Manager in connection with their job as may be requested from time to time.

6. Well organised and able to prioritise.

9. Strong MS Office suite: Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, and Excel.
10. Excellent stakeholder management skills.

Additional Information:
This role is for maternity cover. Gaydon is the main site of work with occasional travel to Whitley and other sites. Hybrid working, expected to be onsite 2 to 3 days per week.
