The Role As an Education Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils both in and out of the classroom. Working closely with teachers and therapists, you will help deliver tailored interventions, promote engagement, and provide consistent, nurturing support throughout the school day. Your presence will be key to building trust and helping students develop confidence and independence.
