OUT OF HOURS OPERATOR
Hours: 15.5 or 13 hours per week
Shift pattern:
Option 1: Saturday 09:00-19:00 & Sunday 06:00-12:00
Option 2: Saturday 12:00-20:30 & Sunday 12:00-17:00
Salary:
Option 1: £9,301.24 per annum (£11.54ph) rising to £9,406.02 per annum (£11.67) after successful completion of probation
Option 2: £7,801.04 per annum (£11.54ph) rising to £7,888.92 per annum (£11.67) after successful completion of probation
Location: Remote
This role is a UK based role and any hybrid/remote work must also be within the UK.
Start Date: 17th March 2025
Training commitments
You will need to be able to commit to a 3 week training pattern, schedule as followed:
Week 1: Monday 15:00 - 21:00, Tuesday & Thursday 16:00-22:00, Saturday - 09:00-15:00
Week 2: Monday 15:00-21:00, Tuesday & Friday 16:00-22:00, Saturday 09:00-15:00
Week 3: Monday, Tuesday & Friday 16:00-22:00, Saturday 09:00-15:00
For this role, you need 5mbps upload and 15mbps download internet speed.

You must possess a genuine desire to help the community, be empathetic and attentive to our customer’s needs. You will have experience working remotely and in a customer-facing role. You are a great communicator and have patience and resilience.

THE ROLE
The heart of the Out of Hours role is answering inbound telephone calls from various customers, including local councils, residents, housing association tenants, and many more.
Every call is different and no day is the same, from responsive repairs to anti-social behaviour & noise complaints. Some calls can be challenging, but you will have the training and support to resolve these!
